
Rules & Regulations
At Fable Experiences, we aim to curate safe, memorable, and seamless journeys. To ensure smooth coordination and transparency, please read and understand the following rules before booking your trip/trek with us.
1. Booking & Availability
- All bookings are subject to availability and the terms & conditions of the respective service providers.
- For private/customized trips, rates and availability may vary at the time of confirmation or reconfirmation, especially for third-party services such as buses, trains (including tatkal charges), flights, Volvos, and hotels.
- For group trips with fixed departures, the rates and itinerary are pre-confirmed, and such variations do not apply.
2. Travel Documents
- Each traveler is responsible for carrying valid ID proof, health certificates, permits, and any other required documentation.
- Fable Experiences will provide guidance, but is not liable for issues arising from incomplete, missing, or incorrect documents.
3. Special Requests
Requests such as room-sharing preferences, bed types, food requirements, or other similar needs will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. These are subject to availability at the time of check-in or service delivery.
4. Booking Amount & Refund Policy
- The booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds are applicable only if the full trip amount has been paid and cancellation is made within the specified refund policy timeline.
- If a traveler cancels their booking, no refund will be provided.
- If Fable Experiences cancels the trip due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, safety concerns, government restrictions, etc.), we will refund the maximum possible amount after deducting expenses already incurred.
5. Additional Expenses & Medical Costs
- Any extra expenses due to delays, rescheduling, cancellations, or changes in transportation (road, rail, or air) are not included in the package and must be borne by the traveler.
- Any medical expenses, personal emergencies, or extra costs incurred during the trip are the responsibility of the traveler. Fable Experiences will not be liable for such expenses.
6. Mid-Trip Decisions
- If a traveler chooses to leave the trip midway, all further expenses from that point will be borne by the traveler.
- No partial refunds or claims will be entertained in such cases.
7. Itinerary & Modifications
We strive to deliver all activities and sightseeing listed in the itinerary. However, experiences may be added, removed, or altered based on:
- Weather conditions
- Crowd levels
- Group interest
- Safety and logistical considerations
Fable Experiences reserves the right to modify itineraries due to reasons beyond our control (strikes, landslides, traffic, cancellations, rerouting, entry restrictions, etc.). While alternate arrangements will be made where possible, refunds or compensation will not be applicable. Any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.
8. Changes & Cancellations by Service Providers
Flight, train, bus, and other transport services are governed by their respective cancellation and refund policies. Fable Experiences is not responsible for compensation related to stay, meals, transport, or any other claims arising from such changes.
9. Liability Limitations
Fable Experiences and its affiliates will not be held liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, accidents, medical emergencies, or inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control.
10. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate, updated information, Fable Experiences does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of travel products, services, or details listed in itineraries, brochures, or on our website.
